For Takahashi wanted to make long disputed the position him, until the Japanese in the last lap in turn risked one into it too much and outward urged this himself and Luthi. The Swiss could better use the situation, while Takahashi lost four on de Angelis even rank. Behind the Japanese, Simone Corsi took sixth and Jules Cluzel, Michele Pirro Bradley Smith and Julian Simon were still in the top 10. Aleix Espargaro, Yonny Hernandez, Dominique Aegerter, Esteve Rabad and MZ-pilot Max Neukirchner could take more points.
No good end found the Moto2 debut of Marc Marquez. The Spaniard already verpatzte the start of series one and quickly fell to to place ten. There, he apparently felt the need, as quickly as possible to come back to the top. That he succeeded in also, but the reigning 125cc world champion was then slightly too impatient and adopted in the fifth round by high-side out of the race - he seemed coarser hurt but not to have.
Mashel had also seen the target Al Naimi, Santiago Hernandez, Anthony West, Mattia Pasini and Ratthapark Wilairot. Scott Redding also came to fall, but again sat on and was 31. Randy Krummenacher finished his Moto2 debut before the British. The Swiss finished 27.
