A new Sport touring from the United States of a brand unknown in this country? The manufacturer of Motus presented the MST yesterday for the first time the public. We show the first images of v4 Tourers and provide an overview of the technology.

Needs still a further sport touring motorcycle world? Definitely, finds Lee Conn, the head of Motus motorcycles. The idea to construct a motorcycle from scratch was the creators of Motus after a long autumn exit in 2007. Some riders complained of lack comfort of their bikes another finally wish to longer range, the driver of a cruiser wanted more performance. Also better wind protection, less weight and a pleasant seat height were points that were brought to paper. After a long development period, Motus finally presented the MST - a comfortable Sport touring with massive v4 engine. The first data impress: torque at 4500/min. capacity is 90 degree v4, 1645 cubic centimeter displacement, gasoline direct injection, around 160 HP at 7800 rpm, 120 nm in the United States on everything, and at the first sight on the engine could one think Motus has a V8 big block in the middle of divided and planted in their motorcycle. On the road motorcyclists should be asked for their opinion on the design - the proposals could then be fed to the 2012er model.
The machine is expected to have potential. But also many other bikes, which have again disappeared from the market after a short time had that. Ultimately the Motus MST probably mainly on price will be sell - he is still not known but unfortunately still.
